Director dealings: IWG founder ups stake

IWG chief executive Mark Dixon purchased 2.57m ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed facility management and support services outfit on Thursday.

Dixon, who founded the group in Brussels back in 1989, acquired the shares at an average price of 202.62p each, for a total value of £5.21m.

Last month, the flexible workspace provider posted a jump in third-quarter revenues as the company said it is on track to deliver full-year results in line with management's expectations.

Revenue in the three months to 30 September was up 10.2% at constant currency to £638m, with mature business revenue 3.9% higher at constant currency at £565.1m.

As of 1600 GMT, IWG shares had ticked ahead 0.93% to 206.55p.
