Director dealings: IWG chief executive acquires 3m shares

IWG chief executive Mark Dixon purchased 3m ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed facility management and support services outfit on Thursday.

Dixon, who founded the group in Brussels back in 1989, acquired the shares at an average price of 202.90p each, for a total value of £6.08m.

Last month, the flexible workspace provider posted a jump in third-quarter revenues as the company said it is on track to deliver full-year results in line with management's expectations.

Revenue for the three months to 30 September was up by 10.2% at constant currencies to £638m, with mature business revenue 3.9% higher at constant currency to £565.1m.

As of 1630 GMT, IWG shares had ticked ahead 1.72% to 206.50p.
