Director dealings: Integrafin CEO and partner lower stakes

Integrafin revealed on Monday that chief executive Ian Taylor had sold 248,263 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed firm in order to fund the purchase of a new family home.

Taylor, who took over as CEO back in April 2002, disposed of the shares at an average price of 503.50p each, for a total value of £1.25m.

Frances Taylor, his wife, also offloaded 248,263 ordinary shares.

As of 1640 GMT, Integrafin shares were up 2.83% at 509p.
