Director dealings: EPE lowers stake in Luceco

Luceco revealed on Monday that EPE Special Opportunities had disposed of 4.5m ordinary shares in the London-listed LED lighting products group.

Luceco said that EPE, to which chairman Giles Brand is closely associated, sold the shares on Friday at an average price of 335.0p each, for a total value of £15.07m.

Following the transaction, EPE will still hold 35.56m shares in Luceco, representing 22.1% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1615 BST, Luceco shares were up 0.72% at 350.50p.
