Director dealings: Eagle Eye COO ups stake

Eagle Eye Solutions chief operating officer David Aylmer acquired 4,669 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed software-as-a-service outfit on Wednesday, upping his stake to a total of 18,307 ordinary shares as a result.

Aylmer, who joined Eagle Eye from DPR Consulting back in May 2017, purchased the shares at an average price of 106p each, for a total value of £4,949.14.

Just yesterday, former Tesco chief executive, Terry Leahy, acquired 150,000 shares in the group and earlier in the week, the firm signed a new five-year contract with Waitrose & Partners.

The Guildford-based group said on Monday that the supermarket chain will be taking advantage of its AIR platform to improve its digital marketing proposition.

As of 1630 GMT, Eagle Eye shares had shot up 11.21% to 121.22p.
