Director dealings: CLS deputy chair linked to investment, Safestore CEO buys shares

CLS Holdings was on the list of director buys on Friday, after an entity linked to its deputy chairman picked up one million shares.

The company said Creative Value Investments VII bought 1,000,000 shares on 22 June, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

It paid 134.1739p for each share, valuing the investment at a total of £1,341.739.00.

CLS said Creative Value Investment VII is an investment vehicle of the Sten and Karin Mortstedt Family & Charity Trust, and is considered a person closely associated with its non-executive director and deputy chairman Anna Seeley.

Elsewhere, Safestore Holdings disclosed a purchase of more than 60,000 shares linked to its chief executive officer.

It said a nominee account held by CEO Frederic Vecchioli and his wife Laetitia Vecchioli bought 61,000 shares on 22 June, also in a single transaction in London.

The account picked up the shares for 850.6007p apiece, giving the investment a value of £518,866.43.

At 1539 BST, shares in CLS Holdings were down 5.59% at 127.07p, while those in Safestore Holdings were off 2.59% at 828p.
