Director dealings: CYBG brass lower stakes
CYBG chief executive David Duffy and chief financial officer Ian Smith both lowered their stakes in the FTSE 250-listed independent banking group.
Duffy, who joined CYBG in June 2015, disposed of 184,681 ordinary shares in the Leeds-based group at 186.80p each, for a total transaction value of £344,993.34.
Meanwhile, former Deloitte partner Ian Smith sold 56,583 ordinary shares for a total of £105,699.87.
Earlier in February, CYBG's wholly-owned subsidiary Clydesdale Bank entered into a joint-venture with Salary Finance, to add an "innovative channel" to its personal lending business.
CYBG described Salary Finance as an "innovative" financial technology platform, which connected to the payroll of participating employers to provide financial wellbeing benefits to employees, including salary-deducted savings and loans, as well as financial education.
As of 1620 GMT, CYBG shares had slipped 0.82% to 186.20p.
