Arrow Global executives sell up as IPO lock-up expires

Arrow Global Group’s executive team have all sold up a portion of their stake in the company following the expiry of the two year initial public offering (IPO) lock-up.
In total, 8.1m shares of the debt collection agency were sold through Jefferies International via an accelerated book-build placing.
The sale, which netted chief executive Tom Drury and his wife Jane nearly £4.8m, was part of a planned rebalancing of the directors’ personal portfolios.
The seven directors and connected persons still hold an 8.71% share in the company.
Drury, chief financial officer Robert Memmott and chief information officer and founder Zachary Lewy have agreed that they will not dispose of any more shares in the company for at least three months.
