VinaLand buys back another tranche of shares

VinaLand continued its share buyback programme on Monday, announcing that it purchased 2,470,000 ordinary shares of $0.01 each at an average price of $0.694 per share on 10 March.

The AIM-traded firm said that following those transactions, it has spent $105.3m overall repurchasing 172,829,161 shares which have been cancelled.

“This represents 34.6% of the Company's 499,967,622 ordinary shares in issue prior to the beginning of the share buyback program and as a result, total voting rights in the company have been reduced to 327,138,461,” the board confirmed in its statement.
