ULS Technology taps With-Fogstrup for CEO

Software firm ULS Technology tapped Jesper With-Fogstrup to take over as chief executive officer on Monday.

With-Fogstrup, who will take up the role early in 2021, will join ULS from HSBC.

The AIM-listed firm expects to build upon its "preeminent customer centred seamless digital house moving and owning experience platform" under With-Fogstrup's leadership.

Chairman Martin Rowland said: "We are delighted to welcome Jesper to ULS as we move into our next phase of growth with the company focused on further expanding its digital reach.

"Following a thorough evaluation of candidates, we believe Jesper has the skills and sector experience to take the group forward and achieve our objective of building a digital platform that transforms the way that consumers buy, sell and remortgage homes."

As of 0930 GMT, ULS shares were up 0.17% at 54.39p.
