London-based property regeneration specialist U and I Group (UAI) announced on Monday that it had sold four of its small legacy projects, generating development and trading gains of £6.7m in the process.

The group said the sale had increased its level of gains since the start of its financial year to £16.1m.

Matthew Weiner, chief executive of UAI, said, "These disposals take us closer to realising our full year guidance of £65-£70 million of development and trading gains as outlined in our October interim results."

"We remain confident of meeting this target and look forward to updating shareholders on further positive progress in due course," he added.
