Ten Lifestyle appoints Alan Donald as CFO

Lifestyle and travel platform Ten Lifestyle Group named former Thomas Cook finance director Alan Donald as its next chief financial officer on Thursday.

Donald will join Ten Lifestyle on 1 July in order to allow for an orderly handover from current CFO, Sean Hegarty.

Over last three decades, Donald has spent time in finance roles, a decade of which was in the travel industry, and has also held roles at Saga Group and Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a business travel management company, where he was vice president and CFO of the EMEA region.

Chief executive Alex Cheatle said: "I am delighted Alan is joining Ten. In addition to his rigorous commercial and financial leadership, his experience of running global high-touch and digital-services businesses, including deep travel experience, will be a huge asset to us."

As of 0900 BST, Ten Lifestyle shares had ticked up 0.42% to 59.50p.
