Redcentric appoints Peter Brotherton CFO

Redcentric, an IT managed services provider, has appointed Peter Brotherton as chief financial officer, company secretary and a director, effective from 28 November.

Brotherton, who has over 25 years experience in finance, was previously CFO of Gametech and at PKR Group, an energy company.

He was also CFO and then chief executive of Meucci Solutions, an international telecommunications and managed services business, and trained at KPMG Peat Marwick.

Chairman Chris Cole said Brotherton was “strong addition to the team” and will help take the the company forward.

Shares in Redcentric were up 2.74% to 87.33p at 0856 GMT.
