React Group adds asbestos removal to decontamination offering

React Group, the rapid-response deep cleaning and emergency decontamination specialist, has added an extra string to its bow of asbestos removal.

The company, which last August changed its name from Verdes Management to React, has now achieved its full asbestos removal licence, enabling it carry out removal and encapsulation of asbestos and full reinstatement.

"We envisage that this new development will enhance the revenue streams of the group going forward," said chief executive Grahame Rummery.

React's long history on AIM stem from the 2005 flotation of Diablo Group, a independent record label and media management company, which swerved course and became X-Phonics in 2006 when songwriter Busted and Westlife songwriter John McLaughlin became manageing director.

Four years later, the music business was sold as the company aptly transformed into turnaround specialist Verdes Management Limited.
