Primorus Investments raises £237,000 to fund investment opportunities

Primorus Investments has raised £237,000 in a placing to fund further investment opportunities in accordance with its investing policy.

The placing was of 158m new shares at 0.15p each. The placing shares would represent about 12.36% of Primorus' enlarged issued share capital.

At 10:50 GMT, shares in AIM-quoted Primorus were flat at 0.14p each.
