Plus500 continues share buyback scheme apace

Online trading service provider Plus500 continued its share buyback programme as announced on 2 June this week, confirming the acquisition of 17,500 ordinary shares of ILS 0.01 each in the capital of the company on 22 June at a price of 553.30p per share.

The AIM-traded firm said the acquired shares would be held in treasury.

“Plus500 advises that, at the date of this announcement, the company's issued share capital comprises 114,561,476 shares - excluding 326,901 Shares held as treasury shares,” its board said in its announcement.

“Therefore, the company's total number of Shares with voting rights is 114,561,476.”
