PCF in 'early stage' takeover talks with Castle Trust Capital

PCF Group announced on Tuesday that it is in early-stage discussions with Castle Trust Capital over a possible all-share offer for the company.

The AIM-traded firm said that under the terms of the possible offer, it was expected that PCF shareholders would have a “small minority position” in the combined group.

No financial details were offered in PCF’s short statement to the market.

“A further statement will be made as appropriate,” the company’s board said.

“This announcement is made without the approval of Castle Trust Capital.”

At 0934 BST, shares in PCF Group were down 6.35% at 7.96p.
