On-Line PLC announces appointment of Beaumont Cornish, reveals intention to change company name

On-Line PLC, an incubator and investor in internet and information businesses, announces on Thursday the appointment of Beaumont Cornish, a main Market Sponsor and Nominated Adviser to various international companies, as Nominated Adviser with immediate effect, as well as its intention to change the company's name.

The AIM-listed company's said it intended to put forward a special resolution to change the company's name from On-line PLC to On-line Blockchain PLC because it felt the "time is right", due to developments of its Blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies activities, which they had been working on for some time.

This included information technology where, it said, links with the financial market website ADVFN provide the company with particular opportunities.

The company also announced that Throgmorton Street Capital would remain sole broker to the company.
