Customer engagement software provider Netcall on Monday secured a contract worth a minimum of £1.4m with an unnamed New York Stock Exchange listed group.

The contract, which includes an option for a two-year extension, is for Netcall’s MatsSoft Low-code platform (MATS), which allows for quick fixes for business software applications, and its Liberty Omnichannel Contact Centre solution, which aims to synchronise email, web chat, phone and social media communications with workplace environments.

Henrik Bang, chief executive of Netcall, said: "We are delighted that this new customer has made the decision to purchase both our Liberty Contact Centre solution and MATS, our industry leading Low-code platform, demonstrating the synergies of the two platforms."

The AIM traded firm said its technologies have been adopted by the unnamed company in order to support the delivery of a UK government agency’s services.

"The combination of the powerful functionality of our contact centre solution with the agility of the Low-code platform, will enable the customer to provide enhanced customer service while automating operations and increasing efficiencies," said Bang.

Netcall’s shares were up 0.75% at 67.00p at 1059 BST.
