Marlowe installs executive veteran Mark Adams as group finance director

Support services group focused on acquiring and developing companies that provide critical asset maintenance services, Marlowe, announced the appointment of Mark Adams as its group finance director, effective from 1 January, on Monday.

The AIM-traded firm said that upon joining the group, Adams would become a member of the board.

It said Adams would bring more than 20 years of experience in senior finance roles in a broad range of sectors to the company.

Most recently, he was interim chief financial officer at Stobart Group, Pets at Home Group and Cognita Schools.

Adams previously served as CFO at Hastings Insurance Group, easyJet, Helphire Group and Alpha Airports Group.

β€œHe brings a huge wealth of financial expertise and his broad financial and commercial experience across a range of sectors and public companies make him an excellent addition to the board as we prepare for our next phase of growth.”
