Jubilee Platinum sealed two partnership agreements with Dikolong Chrome Mines which were expected to significantly add to its earnings.

Under the terms of the first of those, the company would now enjoy 50% of all chrome benefits from any ore source at the project, without forfeiting any platinum group metal rights.

Initially, Jubilee's interest in chrome from DCM had been zero.

In parallel, the outfit inked a third party ore agreement, which it said would "significantly" increase its earnings from the DCM project, adding as many as 40,000 tonnes per month of additional ore for an initial period of three years and more than doubling the existing operational throughput of the chrome recovery plant.

According to management, the latter agreement also marked another step in the company's stated intent to consolidate chrome and platinum retreatment in the region.

"We continue discussions with ore suppliers in the region as we strive to consolidate the processing of material in the region."
