Helios Underwriting announces Inversanda acquisition

Helios Underwriting announced on Tuesday that, in line with its strategy of increasing underwriting capacity through acquisition, and following approval of a change of control by Lloyd's of London, it has agreed to acquire Inversanda - a limited liability member of Lloyd's - for a consideration of £0.24m in cash.
