Dechra Pharmaceuticals says Q1 performance in line

Dechra Pharmaceuticals said its first-quarter performance was in line with management's views and that all of its recent acquisitions were performing well.

The company also confirmed the retirement of chairman Michael Redmond after its AGM on Friday, with successor Tony Rice thereafter taking over.
