Tech solutions outfit Accesso has partnered with Groupon to provide new capabilities for its clients.

Accesso announced the strategic partnership that will see Groupon utilise the firm's Ingresso distribution platform to connect with some of the biggest names in entertainment and leisure.

The AIM-listed outfit said the integration, which will begin in late Autumn, will allow for a "seamless mobile experience" for Groupon customers, giving instant access to Ingresso's supplier network.

Accesso also noted the agreement would enable current clients to make their tickets available to a "vastly expanded audience" thanks to Groupon's 49.5m active customers across the globe.

Chief executive Paul Noland, said: "We're delighted to be announcing this partnership agreement with Groupon, a globally recognised brand in the eCommerce space. By partnering with Groupon we are responding to consumer demands that want to buy their tickets all in one place, and we are providing the backbone that allows them to do that".

Just last week, Accesso inked a partnership with Google to connect its clients with the search engine's users through a new customer engagement channel.

That deal will enable Accesso clients to make their inventory bookable on Google Search, Maps, and Assistant via a clickable "Find Tickets" button in their search results which links to the AIM-listed outfit's Ingresso platform.

As of 1130 BST, Accesso shares had risen 3.60% to 2,590p.
