Access Intelligence hits straps during 'busiest year'

Corporate communications software provider Access Intelligence has hailed the "busiest year in the company's history".

Access Intelligence revealed on Monday that its recent acquisition of ResponseSource had led to contract wins with the likes of Porsche, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Médecins Sans Frontières, Help for Heroes, Investec, Philips, Kings College London, Air France KLM, Emirates Group, DB Cargo and DFDS Seaways.

The AIM-listed group also has "a very promising new business pipeline", with earlier acquisition Vuelio continuing to consolidate its "strong position in the public sector", with a client base that covered roughly half of Britain's local councils and universities and over 85% of the UK's police authorities.

For the year ended 30 November, revenues from continuing operations are expected to hit £8.9m, up 10% on the prior year, while EBITDA was said to be in line with forecasts and cash generation "slightly ahead" of expectations.

Chief executive Joanna Arnold, said: "The acquisition of ResponseSource represents a key step in our journey and the early indications are extremely promising."

"In short, there is every reason to be optimistic for the future."

As of 0830 GMT, AI shares had slipped 1.29% to 57.25p.
