Designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products AB Dynamics updated the market on Wednesday, in advance of its interim results for the six months to 28 February.

The AIM-traded firm said revenues and operating profits - adjusted to add back share option charges - for the six months were expected to be ahead of the same period last year and in line with management expectations.

It saw an increase in demand for its track testing products, and together with its forward order book, said it secured a sales pipeline for the remainder of the financial year and well into the next.

Looking ahead, the company said it continued to invest and develop new products and technologies which would secure the company's future.

The firm’s new headquarters build also remained on track for completion at the end of the summer.

“We have once again delivered excellent performance with a good pipeline of orders to take us into the next financial year,” said CEO Tim Rogers.

“Our new headquarters will enable us to reorganise our production and facilitate further growth.”

AB Dynamics confirmed it would be announcing its interim results for the six months to 28 February on 25 April.
