Purchase of Ordinary Shares for Treasury |

The Company announces that on 24 March 2023, it purchased for holding in treasury 750,000 ordinary shares of 1 cent each at a price of 94 cents per share, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 9 June 2022. |
Following this transaction, the Company has 14,152,452 ordinary shares held in treasury and 394,073,253 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 408,225,705. |
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. |
