On 13 June 2022, the Company purchased 105,000 ordinary shares at a price of 712.5494p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.
Following the purchase of the above shares 94,191,459 ordinary shares of 5p each will remain in issue. The Baillie Gifford Japan Trust will hold 136,750 ordinary shares in Treasury.
