Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 15 October 2021 it purchased from Winterflood Securities Limited 46,243 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 3534.27 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.
Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 54,795,096 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
