Transactions in Own Shares
Arden Partners plc announces that on the 10th November 2020 the Trustees of the Arden Partners plc Share Incentive Plan acquired 31,454 ordinary shares (comprising 15,727 Partnership shares and 15,727 Matching shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 15.0 pence per share. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their October salary. The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria.
