The Company announces that on 16 March 2020 it purchased for cancellation 34,615 of its ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") through UBS, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 3 September 2019.

The Shares purchased today will be cancelled and will not be held as Treasury shares. Following the cancellation of these Shares, the Company has 125,850,453 Shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares). This is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
