Transaction in own shares

 

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that, on 7 October 2019, it purchased 9,000 of its 1 pence ordinary shares at an average price of 189.68 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 189.68 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 189.68 pence. The Company purchased these shares through Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited.

The number of shares purchased represented 0.02% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to the purchase. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 41,220,316.  Science Group holds 841,719 shares in treasury.
