Transaction in own shares
The Company announces that on 22 August 2019 it purchased for cancellation 48,000 D Ordinary Shares of $0.01 each at a price of US$1.00 per share, pursuant to the buyback programme announced on 6 August 2019.
Following the transaction, the Company has 8,792,561 D Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no D Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
Each of the Company's A Ordinary, B Ordinary, D Ordinary and E Ordinary Shares carries the same voting rights (save in respect of matters relating solely to a specific Share Class) therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 64,870,365. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The above purchase completes the share buyback programme in relation to the D Ordinary Shares. The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases of E Ordinary Shares pursuant to the buyback programme.
