Irish Continental Group plc announces that it has made a purchase of its own shares on the market as follows:
Date of Transaction: 12 June 2019.
Number of Shares: 500,000 (five hundred thousand) ICG Units
Price: €4.20 per ICG Unit.
These shares will be cancelled.
