RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that yesterday, 15th May 2019, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 3,490 Ordinary Shares at a price of €16.19 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £16.16 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 36,893,769 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 806,496,569.
