Managed Growth
The Company has today purchased 32,117 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 795.00 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 6,299,262 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 31,588,349.
The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
Managed Income
The Company has today purchased 100,000 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 102.00 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 8,366,153 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 71,011,560.
The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
