Transaction in own shares
The Company announces that on 7 December 2018 it purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each into treasury at a price of 120.00 pence per share.
The Ordinary Shares bought back will be placed in treasury and as a result the number of Ordinary Shares in issue, Ordinary Shares held in treasury and the total voting rights attached to the issued capital are now as follows:
