The Company announces that it has today purchased 112,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 439.00 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 59,203,855 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 222,430,055. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
