The Company announces that it has today purchased 12,034 ordinary shares into Treasury at 440.00 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 58,991,855 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 222,642,055. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
