JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc has today purchased 26,175 ordinary shares into Treasury at 695.04 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 20,900,146 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 104,717,440. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
