Re-issue of treasury shares

The Company announces that on 17^th April 2018 it issued, from the Ordinary Shares held in treasury, 23,453 Ordinary Shares of 25p per share at a price of 1252.2p per share (representing 0.08% of the issued Ordinary Shares).

Following the issue from treasury of the 23,453 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury will be zero. The issued share capital of the Company, will be 28,302,880 Ordinary Shares.
