Purchase of Own Shares

The Company announces that it has purchased 23,500 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 808.73 pence per share (the "Share Purchase") pursuant to  the authorities obtained at the Company's last annual general meeting to make market purchases up to a maximum aggregate of 11,685,190 Ordinary Shares. The Share Purchase is being funded from excess cash.

The repurchased shares will be held in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, Victoria holds 8,678,185 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 116,786,482 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
