Results of the 2019 Annual General Meeting

 

 

The Company held its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 17 July 2019. All the resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed on a show of hands. Resolutions 1 to 13 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 14, 15 and 16 were passed as special resolutions.

Committee Membership Changes

 

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11R, the Company announces that Leslie-Ann Reed, following her appointment as Non-Executive Director, will become a member of the Nomination Committee with immediate effect. Leslie-Ann is also a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
