MySQUAR, the Myanmar-language social media, entertainment and payments platform whose principal activity is to design, develop and commercialise Myanmar-focused internet-based mobile applications, is pleased to announce that the Company is progressing well and all resolutions put to shareholders at today's Annual General Meeting were duly passed.
As previously announced, the Company is in various discussions that are progressing in a constructive manner.
