Results of Annual General Meeting and General Meeting

Big Sofa Technologies (AIM:BST), a video analytics provider to the global insight and analytics industries, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting and General Meeting respectively held earlier today were passed. Consequently, following the Company's announcement on 8 March 2019, the Company has issued and allotted 25,000,000 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Capital Raising and Settlement Share Issue, conditional on Admission.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 5 April 2019. The 25,000,000 New Ordinary Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 163,750,692 Ordinary Shares and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
