The Company is pleased to announce that at the AGM held at 11.00 am today, 17 November 2022, each of the Resolutions was duly passed without amendment.

As announced on 20 June 2022, the following changes to the membership of the Board's Committees have taken effect from the conclusion of the Company's first AGM:
· Angela Lane succeeds Christina McComb as Chair of the Audit Committee; and
· Christina McComb succeeds Will Whitehorn as Chair of the Management Engagement Committee.
