Result of General Meeting
Nostra Terra (AIM: NTOG), the oil & gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of development and production assets in Texas, USA, is pleased to announce that of the Resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting, held earlier today, Resolution 1 was not passed and Resolutions 2 and 3 were passed.
For further information on the Resolutions, please refer to the Company's circular to shareholders dated 17 April 2020 (the "Circular").
Pursuant to the passing of Resolutions 2 and 3, the Company now has the authority to issue new ordinary shares in connection with any potential future exercise of the Fundraise Warrants (as defined in the Circular).
A poll was taken at the meeting and the results for each Resolution, which overall were in line with the Directors' recommendations (as set out in the Circular), were as follows:
