RESULT OF EGM
The Company announces that each of the resolutions which were proposed without amendment at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held at 10 a.m. today have been passed by the requisite majorities.
The Board notes that resolutions 1, 2, 3 and 5 all had over 20% of votes cast against them.
The Board will continue to engage with shareholders, in particular those who did not vote in favour. The Board is committed to continuing a constructive and open dialogue with shareholders.
