Result of AGM

 

CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all of the resolutions proposed, as set out in the Notice of AGM, were passed on a poll.  Resolutions 1 to 14 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 15 to 18 were passed as special resolutions.

 

A summary of proxy votes received for each resolution will shortly be available alongside the Notice of AGM on the Company's website, https://www.cvsukltd.co.uk/investor-centre/agm
