888 (LSE: 888), one of the world's leading online betting and gaming companies, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held in London on 15 June 2022, all resolutions were passed on a poll by shareholders. The results of the poll votes were as follows. The number of ordinary shares of GBP£0.005 in issue at the date of the AGM was 446,331,656.
